Sus scrofa Della Pigna, le pompe, le maniere la Luce (The Red Sea, fish and Fig) served in the beautiful Fontana Della Pigna hotel is made from fresh local seafood sourced from the La Lenda region. Fresh pasta with its strong flavour of Sardinian sea, hints of plum and lemon, it makes the perfect start for your day.
Second on our list is a delightful selection of figs from Milano. Inspired by the ancient Romans when they dried figs and dipped them into wine, the Fig Latte is made from the crushed stems of figs. The wine is naturally sweet, made from the natural sweetness of the figs. It is light and refreshing on a hot summer day. Each round of this Fig Latte is made from the stems of just two figs, making a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
To complete our Mediterranean dining experience, we suggest pairing the Fig Latte with Fontana Della Pigna wine, which is made from the white Pigna wine grape. A perfect summer day dessert, the Fontana delle Pigna is traditionally made from the white Pigna grape from Veneto, Italy. In this rich Venetian style, this fontana has notes of ripe plums, figs, peaches, prunes and vanilla, creating an ideal dessert.

After all that is said and done, the only way to truly enjoy the sights and sounds of Rosa Grande and its neighboring towns is to take part in the exciting activities and festivals that are held there regularly. One of the most popular of these is the Santiami Festival, which runs every Wednesday and Thursday. With traditional Brazilian and Peruvian cuisines as its foundation, the festival also includes plenty of exciting live music acts and dancing, as well as pot-o-pies and a massive fireworks display. The highlight of the entire festival is of course the Santana concert, where up to four live musicians will perform during the night.
